Personalized Disaster Plans

Develop your medical disaster plan one-on-one with our resident medical professional and prepper, Patton Graham.

Patton is an emergency and family nurse practitioner and he is available to work with you, one-on-one, to develop your own personal or family medical disaster plan.

Answer questions like:

  • What do I do for my diabetes during a disaster?
  • How can I care for my child’s medical needs during an off-grid scenario?
  • What should I stockpile based on my family’s current health score?
  • What kind nutrition level do I need to sustain during a catastrophic event and how do I maintain it?
  • How can I best utilize the resources I have at my disposal?
  • Should I stockpile medicines, and which?
  • How can I manage my high blood pressure during a disaster?

All plans require a detailed medical history and all planning sessions are confidential.

There are multiple books available for medical prepping.  We even have our own, The Medical Prepper Guidebook.  However, all of the information in these books generalized and not specific to you or your family.

The key value of a planning session with Patton is that you get a customized, detailed plan based on your health, and the health of your family.  This plan factors in current and past medical histories, family medical history, current vital signs including height, weight and blood pressure, and a current list of medications.  The plan is actionable, meaning you can do something with it from the moment you receive it to start preparing for your family’s health in a time of crisis.

There are three options available.
